01Conventional pipe clamps
The old, well-known galvanised pipe clamps, which are perfectly suitable for fixing general heating, gas and water pipes, can be obtained relatively easily and at favourable prices in most building-services specialist shops.
02Where stainlessness is mandatory
In industries such as the food, chemical and energy industries, however, where among the exacting requirements not only high load capacity and a wide size range but also stainlessness is a mandatory criterion, conventional pipe clamps are out of the question.
Such places need stainless pipe clamps of extreme load capacity, in a wide choice of sizes and types. These, however – let us say it honestly – are not among everyday items. Have you ever tried to obtain something like this? If so, you know that nobody takes such a thing down off the shelf anywhere…

03NONOX A2 pipe clamps
The special NONOX A2 pipe clamps available from us are not only made of stainless steel with a sheet thickness of 1,8-1,9 mm, but stiffening ribs further increase their load-bearing capacity. Would you have thought that such an industrial pipe clamp can bear a load of as much as 150 kg? This is needed because some thick-walled, high-pressure pipes can reach a mass of 20 kg per metre – and that is before we have even mentioned resonance.

04Versions and sizes
Our NONOX pipe clamps are available in plain and rubber-lined versions, and in several sizes:
- in the rubber-lined version from diameter Ø 15–18 mm up to diameter Ø 159-163 mm,
- and in the version without a rubber lining from diameter 15-18 mm up to a size of diameter 199-212 mm.
