You can be assured that your personal data is used solely in order to improve the relationship between you and Menet-Trend Kft.

The primary purpose of the data processing carried out by Menet-Trend Kft. is to provide the content of the website in an effective, secure and personalised form. A further purpose of the data processing carried out by Menet-Trend Kft. is the identification of Users, the settlement of disputes arising in connection with the use of the website, providing information to Users, and resolving operational problems; and enforcing the Policy and exercising the rights to which the Operator is entitled on its basis.

For quality-assurance reasons, calls to our landline number are recorded, with a retention period of 60 days. Files older than 60 days are deleted automatically by the Service Provider (Opennetworks). The only exception to this is the files required for clarifying disputed cases, and even these only until the case is settled or for the period specified by an authority. The method of identifying individual calls: a date stamp (year/month/day/hour/minute + where caller ID is available, it can be used together with the date).
8Suppliers
In certain cases, Menet-Trend Kft. collects, uses, analyses and processes data for itself through its suppliers. It is the practice of Menet-Trend Kft. to require, in such cases, that its suppliers handle the data in accordance with the principles of Menet-Trend Kft.
9Cookies and external media companies
Menet-Trend Kft. also collects anonymous information from time to time about the visitors of the pages, so that customers can receive better service.
Cookie
A “cookie” is a small data file that the website sends and stores on the hard drive of the user’s computer. By accepting the cookies used on the website, you do not provide personal data. Cookies are generally either “session” cookies or “persistent” cookies.

Menet-Trend Kft. may request that the media representatives of external companies (e.g. Google) place advertisements for Menet-Trend Kft. products and services on the websites of other companies. On the websites where the advertisement of Menet-Trend Kft. appears, the possibility cannot be excluded that the media company places a cookie or a web beacon on your computer. On this basis, the online media company can recognise the computer when it returns to the website, and can thus measure the effectiveness of advertisements. This data is anonymous and is not linked to the personal data on the user’s computer, nor to the databases of Menet-Trend Kft.
The data is used solely by the media company to assess the effectiveness of the advertisement and the level of interest in the given content. Menet-Trend Kft. cannot access the data collected by the online media companies.

Menet-Trend Kft. occasionally directs its visitors to personalised pages. If you visit such a website, you may find links to products or services which, based on our previous contact and the data you have provided, we believe may be of interest to you. During visits to such pages, it may happen that Menet-Trend Kft. collects data about your visit and uses this data to compile information of interest to you. 12Exclusion of the liability of Menet-Trend Kft.
Menet-Trend Kft. excludes all liability for information stored, made available or published and sent by Users within the framework of the Service on the page it operates.
If Menet-Trend Kft. becomes aware that a User, in a manner infringing the rights of a third party or otherwise breaching the law, provides another person’s personal data during the use of the Service, uses personal or other data publicly accessible within the page or obtained unlawfully in a manner infringing the rights of third parties or the law (for example for direct-marketing purposes), or otherwise breaches the provisions of this privacy notice or causes damage during the use of the page, Menet-Trend Kft. takes the necessary legal measures in order to obtain compensation for the damage caused and to hold the perpetrator legally accountable. In such cases Menet-Trend Kft. provides every possible assistance to the acting authorities in order to establish the identity of the infringing person and to hold them accountable. Menet-Trend Kft. notifies the supervisory authority (National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information) in writing of any personal-data breach within 3 days of becoming aware of it.
If, during the use of the website, Users provide or use the data of third parties (for example when using the page-recommendation service), then the given User alone is liable for meeting the legal requirements applicable to the data processing carried out by them, including, among other things, obtaining the prior consent of the third party affected as recipient.
