What does the NONOX brand name stand for?

The word NONOX means: NON: not; OX: oxidation. The acronym therefore means, similarly to “inox”, non-oxidising, that is stainless or acid-resistant (corrosion-resistant). That is why the NONOX trademark also carries the following short description: “STAINLESS AND ACID-RESISTANT STEEL PRODUCTS”.
