# WEH® refrigeration quick couplings Why bother with all that screwing about? Connect in a single movement! In this article 1. Refrigeration and air-conditioning technology 2. WEH® quick couplings for filling and recovery of refrigerant ## 1 REFRIGERATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING TECHNOLOGY **The WEH® range is wide, including NONOX stainless and acid-resistant versions, for the safe and efficient filling, testing and recovery of refrigeration equipment.** A few application examples: - Filling and recovery of vehicle air conditioning - Filling of CO2 or other refrigerants, e.g. R410A - Filling of cylinders fitted with a male-threaded or residual-pressure valve - For “Schrader” valves - Direct connection to a straight tube end ## 2 WEH® quick couplings, including NONOX stainless and acid-resistant versions, for the safe and efficient filling and recovery of refrigerant. WEH® offers the full range of quick couplings to companies that manufacture and service refrigeration and heating systems, heat exchangers and air-conditioning equipment. The range includes couplings for filling and recovering refrigerant, for operational and leak testing, for pressure testing, etc. Swivel couplings, NONOX stainless and acid-resistant check valves and couplings designed to the user’s requirements round off the WEH® product portfolio. The WEH® TW111 coupling, for example, was designed specifically for filling and servicing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment. Compared with a conventional screw-thread connection, using the WEH® quick coupling releases roughly 99% less refrigerant into the atmosphere. - Save money and time! - Protect the environment from harmful gases! - Protect yourself from frostbite! As a long-standing supplier to the international automotive, hydraulics and mechanical engineering industries, WEH’s specialists design and manufacture state-of-the-art connection solutions for countless applications. Safe and simple handling, a tradition of quality manufacturing, and the NONOX stainless and acid-resistant versions all contribute to the satisfaction of WEH® product users.
